01 Β· The Brief
The problem wasn't the work.
It was the invisibility.

Third Door had produced impressive output β€” campaigns for PlayStation, luxury brands, high-end product visualisations. The problem was that none of that credibility was visible to the people who needed to see it.

Their white-label positioning meant no direct client relationships and no brand equity of their own. Their website read as a CGI teaching studio. And with AI beginning to commoditise basic 3D work, the white-label model was becoming more exposed by the quarter.

Previous client interviews surfaced a clear signal β€” the name 'Studios' and the homepage imagery were both signalling the wrong category. Potential clients were arriving confused about what Third Door actually offered.

The real brief
This wasn't a website redesign. It was a company redesign. Everything else β€” brand, platforms, team structure, client experience β€” followed from that framing.

02 Β· The Process
Four phases.
One coherent transformation.

Phase 1 β€” Brand & Website

Revamped the website to lead with the work, establish clear positioning, and build direct client credibility. Set up technical infrastructure alongside: professional mail hosting, Cloudflare, Google Analytics, Search Console.

Phase 2 β€” Operations & Infrastructure

A company can't scale on email threads and verbal agreements. I designed and implemented the operational backbone from scratch β€” 9 to 10 platforms, each chosen for a specific function:

  • Notion β€” task management and internal CRM
  • Apollo + Kaspr β€” lead generation and prospecting
  • Motion β€” project and workflow management
  • Zoho Mail β€” professional email hosting
  • Mailchimp β€” marketing and outreach
  • Affinity Studio β€” design production
  • Cloudflare + Google Analytics + Search Console β€” digital infrastructure

Phase 3 β€” Client Experience

Before: a lead came in, the team quoted, work started. No scope documentation. No formal handoff. No structure.

After:

  • Lead capture β†’ Discovery call β†’ Scoped proposal
  • Client confirmation β†’ Proforma invoice β†’ Advance payment
  • Production β†’ Draft reviews β†’ Final presentation
  • Balance payment β†’ Handoff

Every stage documented. Every expectation set in advance.

Phase 4 β€” Team Alignment

Daily alignment sessions with the CEO and COO. Strategy presented with supporting data. Every recommendation explained. Space made for disagreement before decisions were finalised.

03 Β· The Design
Every touchpoint
intentional.

Designed CRM collaterals, proposal templates, and pitch decks. Built SOPs for client acquisition, contracts, and project delivery. Established social media tone and content strategy aligned to the new brand positioning.

🎨New brand β€” website, identity, social presenceAfter: new website, brand materials, social media presence

When I joined, a lead would come in and get a quote. Now a lead enters a designed experience β€” from discovery call to final handoff β€” every step intentional, every expectation clear.
